We are seeking a hands-on, on-site, HR Generalist to support plant operations in the Ephrata area while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management across all areas of Human Resources. Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, including job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and pre-employment processes. Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation while ensuring data accuracy and preparing HR reports. Coordinate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, promotions, and employee status changes. Support employee relations, policy administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with safety initiatives, workers' compensation administration, OSHA recordkeeping, and Safety Committee activities. Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience using an HRIS and maintaining employee records. Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, employment law, and HR best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus. Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
