Job Description

Recruiting Specialist ResourceTek is the Human Capital division of Barge Design Solutions, a multi-discipline Engineering and Architecture firm. We specialize in providing technical recruitment and staffing services to industry and government in all areas of Engineering, Information Technology, and a broad range of other technical disciplines. In partnership with our client, we are seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to support the continued expansion of their operations in the Lancaster, PA area. The ideal candidate will manage full lifecycle domestic salaried recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hire completion. This is a direct hire opportunity.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR TRAINING
High School Diploma required; Two‑Year or Four‑Year College Degree preferred. 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments. Demonstrated ability to recruit salaried professional, technical, and operational roles. Strong experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Advanced sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Strong hiring manager partnership and advisory capability Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements (EEO / OFCCP) Ability to interpret recruiting data and labor market insights Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Company offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including life, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, 401k with company contributions as well as many other options to employees. #
HUNT Pay:
$70,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
