As our Staffing Coordinator , you are the operational heartbeat — matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping daily care running smoothly. What You'll Do Match caregivers with client schedules Maintain accurate, real‑time scheduling Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership Support recruiting and onboarding efforts Welcome and guide new caregivers Assist nearby offices when needed Keep the care team informed, supported, and connected This is active coordination work — not a passive desk role.
