Description #1 Cochran, the largest and most recognized automotive retailer in Southwestern Pennsylvania, is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Associate at our corporate offices located in Monroeville. The HRIS Associate will play a pivotal role within our HR Team, including maintaining and administering the HRIS system (Paylocity) for the organization. This role is an in-person position.

Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Processes team member new hires, transfers, pay changes and terminations in the HRIS platform
Conducts regular audits of team member data to identify and correct discrepancies
Generates standard and requested HR reports for management, compliance, workforce planning, etc. Provides first-level support for HRIS-related questions from team members and management
Coordinates with payroll, benefits, IT, and other departments to ensure data integrity Ensures compliance with company policies, and protects the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and onboarding
Assists with planning and execution of dedicated events such as benefits enrollment, company acquisitions, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc. Performs other related HR duties as assigned by
Senior HR Management Education and Required Experience:
BA or associate's degree in human resources required
1 to 3 years of HRIS, payroll and administrative support experience needed
Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, etc. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
