Job Description Deliver WIOA Basic and Individualized Career Services Assist job seekers with job search, resumes, application, and career planning Coordinate mobile unit schedule, locations, and logistics across six counties Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and education providers Conduct outreach to underserved and priority populations Support employer engagement, recruitment, and hiring events Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and WIOA compliance Operate and coordinate operation of the mobile unit Maintaining and clean the mobile unit Qualifications Valid drivers's license with clean driving record Ability to travel extensively across a multi-county region Preferred experience in workforce development, case management, or human services Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Additional Information 13 Paid Holidays Benefits 401(k) Retirment Plan Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
