Job DescriptionDeliver WIOA Basic and Individualized Career ServicesAssist job seekers with job search, resumes, application, and career planningCoordinate mobile unit schedule, locations, and logistics across six countiesBuild partnerships with community organizations, employers, and education providersConduct outreach to underserved and priority populationsSupport employer engagement, recruitment, and hiring eventsEnsure accurate data entry, reporting, and WIOA complianceOperate and coordinate operation of the mobile unitMaintaining and clean the mobile unitQualificationsValid drivers's license with clean driving recordAbility to travel extensively across a multi-county regionPreferred experience in workforce development, case management, or human servicesStrong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsAdditional Information13 Paid HolidaysBenefits401(k) Retirment PlanEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
