Scope of Authority ( defines the level of decision‑making power, responsibilities, and permissions assigned to a specific position) 1 Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries 2 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies 3. Asist in performance management processes 4 5 Responsibilities (Supervisory responsibilities, general and/or specific duties may be assigned here as appropriate 1 Weekly payroll processing 2 Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases 3 Compliance reporting for benefits 4. Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership 5 EOM reporting to management 6.
