Job Description

About t he role As a Senior Manager, AI Strategy & Talent Transformation Program Manager, you will make an impact by helping Cognizant's recruiting organization adopt and scale new ways of working by driving our AI transformation from a program, people, and change perspective. You will be a valued member of the Global Talent Acquisition team and work collaboratively with Global recruitment leaders, other stakeholders and teams. In this role, you will: Serve as a program partner to leadership , helping turn strategic priorities into executable plans Lead end‑to‑end program management for AI‑related initiatives, from intake and prioritization through rollout and sustained adoption Drive change management and adoption , ensuring new ways of working are understood, embraced, and embedded Own and scale the AI Ambassador program , building an engaged community that supports peer learning and feedback Develop and manage communications and messaging to keep stakeholders aligned and informed Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and outcomes Track progress and impact across multiple initiatives and provide clear updates to leadership Support capability building and readiness as roles, processes, and expectations evolve Work model: Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with demonstrated success translating strategy into execution 8+ years of experience in talent, recruiting, HR transformation, or workforce-related initiatives within a global or matrixed organization Experience driving change management, adoption, and stakeholder alignment across diverse audiences Background partnering with senior leaders to influence priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes Comfortable working alongside technology or digital teams, supporting business adoption of AI-enabled tools, platforms, or new ways of working These will help you stand out Strong program management background with deep talent or recruiting domain experience. Excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead through influence. Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $88,650- $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
