Job Description

Pay Rate:
$110-$120 per billable hour Hybird Position/ Choose your own Hours! Position Overview We're seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are also Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) in Maryland to join our Columbia team. This hybrid position offers flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and strong administrative support to set you up for success.
Job Type:
Part-time Expected hours: 30 - 40 Hours per week 75%
Remote/ Telehealth Administrative Support:
Responsive, efficient back-office team

Join a passionate, mission-driven clinical team Requirements Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license ( both required ) ABA experience in home-based or hybrid settings preferred Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and time management skills Passion for providing high-quality care to diverse communities Familiarity with CPT® codes relevant to ABA service delivery
