- Lead the global design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Time & Labor modules.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Configure:
Absence plans Eligibility profiles Accrual rules Carryover and expiration logic Time entry profiles Time calculation rules Processing profiles- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex absence and timekeeping requirements.
- Perform system testing, support UAT activities, and assist with Oracle quarterly releases.
- Deliver training and support to end users and business partners.
- Collaborate with integration teams to build and maintain related Oracle HCM integrations.
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives for Absence and Time solutions globally. About You Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience focused on Absence Management and Time & Labor.
- Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong experience designing and configuring absence and time policies within a global organization.
- Hands-on experience with: Fast Formulas Eligibility Profiles
HDL/HSDL HCM
Extracts- Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Understanding of leave and timekeeping compliance requirements, including labor law considerations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience personalizing Oracle Redwood pages using VBCS.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Absence Management and/or Time & Labor.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience.
- 7+ years of overall HCM application experience. Success in This Role
