Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting HR Coordinator opportunities in Richmond, VA(Hybrid role).   • Process and maintain leave-related transactions within HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Manage a high volume of cases and inquiries through Salesforce and other case management platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and employee records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave programs, pay impacts, eligibility requirements, and policy-related questions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize requests from external leave vendors, HR partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc audits of leave management data to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Generate reports and support testing activities to validate system accuracy and process effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Support HR operations through timely resolution of employee inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure all work is completed within established SLAs and quality standards. Candidates for HR Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and employee support skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Experience performing audits, data validation, and compliance reviews.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar).
  • Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, military experience, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Leave Administration (FMLA, STD, LTD),Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Accounting
  • Experience working with employee records and HR-related documentation.

    Pay Details:
