6 Months Contract This job will have the following responsibilities: Provides exceptional customer service to employees in a professional and timely manner by responding to HR, Payroll and information requests by researching outstanding issues and acting as an employee advocate Interacts with and supports Regional Offices' HR. Strong working understanding of foreign Employment and Compliance practices. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning HR related employment. Assists with Benefits administration to include claims resolution, Benefits reporting audits; and invoice review. Monitors the customer service and performance of the Benefit vendors and takes the necessary steps to improve service to the employees. Promotes and communicates information on employee Benefits and services. Works with Recruiting department on Hiring practices and procedures. Conducts New Employee Orientation. Assists with Employee Relations counseling and solution planning/implementation. Assists with Employee Relations programs and events Assists in maintaining Human Resource Information System records and Payroll system records. Considerable knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and responsibilities. Working understanding of federal and state employment laws. Ability to research, interpret and apply personnel policies and procedures and global, federal and state employment regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously and obtain cooperation from others to see projects/programs through to successful completion. Ability to pivot focus as changing needs require. Effective persuasion and influencing skills. Support HR activities. Primary focus on onboarding activities, including: New hire processing Drug screenings Background checks General onboarding administration
