Here s the job opportunity (12 Month Contract) This position is an existing vacancy. As the HR Coordinator at ivari you will support the HR Business Partners, HR Recruiter and the Human Resources function by administering systems, processes, and documentation related to recruitment, HR reporting and other HR programs. You will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of tasks including Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Recruiter on recruiting function by posting jobs, conducting phone screens, uploading resumes to ADP and coordinating and conducting interviews Manage the ivari Co-op recruitment process including working with universities and the hiring manager from position creation to onboarding Preparing letters of offer, salary increase, promotion, secondment, transfer, confirmation of employment, contracts ending/extensions, title changes, severance calculations Plan, coordinate and execute various corporate HR events including the wellness program Producing and distributing various reports to business units including Senior Leaders, Finance, Information Security and Facilities Daily oversight of the HR Mailbox and responding to inquiries within 24 hours Creating new hire welcome packages Administering invoicing and administration for the HR department Support administration of HR programs such as high five rewards/bucketlist and the tuition reimbursement program Arrange outplacement for terminations and maintain documentation Participate in HR projects as needed What we are looking for College or University graduate in a related field Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources Advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite (Word & Excel) is a must Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong aptitude for accuracy and detail High‑energy, customer‑focused HR professional with a strong sense of ownership and initiative, capable of driving multiple priorities while managing a wide range of responsibilities. Solid judgment, tact and sensitivity; particularly when dealing with confidential and sensitive information Event planning experience would be an asset Ability to work independently and in a team What we pay $30.00-$38.00 per hour What's in it for you At ivari, it's important for us to keep our people motivated, recognized and rewarded.
