Job Description

BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician#26-16402 $23.92-$26.16 per hour Toronto, ON, Canada All On-site Job Description Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician for their Toronto, ON/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Revit BIM models representing as-built conditions (architectural and/or MEP elements) based on drawings, photos, scans, and field information Convert 2D drawings, PDFs, and sketches into 3D models Update models to reflect as built or verified existing conditions Populate elements with asset data and parameters (e.g., room names, equipment types, materials) Generate plans, elevations, sections, and schedules from BIM models Perform QA/QC checks for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to modeling standards Maintain project file organization, naming conventions, and model structure Support coordination with stakeholders by incorporating markups and feedback Maintain awareness of project BIM standards and modeling best practices
Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, and AutoCAD is required Intermediate in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with asset tagging, parameters, metadata in Revit Able to work independently or as part of a team Professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative approach; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
