  • Process payroll through Paychex Administer benefits and manage employee relations Ensure HR compliance and maintain HRIS systems Support new hire onboarding and offboarding Manage employee records and policy administration Administer leave and workers' compensation Provide performance management and recruiting support
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience Experience processing payroll through Paychex Proficiency in benefits administration and employee relations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in a corporate/professional office environment preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
