Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Southlake, Texas, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee various human resources functions, including compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations, to support a dynamic and growing organization. This position offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate discrepancies between employees, payroll, benefit providers, and government agencies to ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and oversee compliance with leave-of-absence policies and state-mandated time-off requirements.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear guidance and effective issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement innovative benefits and perks to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Offer strategic advice to management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by resolving workplace issues and promoting HR programs aimed at efficiency and collaboration.
  • Ensure smooth administration of HR systems, including Workday, to maintain accurate employee records and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Promote compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a fair and equitable workplace.
