HR Generalist

• Maintain detailed employee records and organizational data to support HR operations.
• Assist with benefits administration and generate HR reports as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide consistent HR support during leave coverage.
• Facilitate hybrid work arrangements, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
