Full-time, On-Site Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices and Leave of Absences (e.g., Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and PFL), and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and management Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Assist with benefits administration and HR programs Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality Oversee Leaves of absence programs, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and PFL, from intake through return-to-work, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation Assist with employee morale initiatives and events.
