Team Member Relations:

Lead investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters Support managers with coaching, documentation, and performance guidance Promote compliance, fairness, and consistency across a multi-state workforce Support leave administration and workers' compensation coordination

Team Member Engagement & Culture:

Champion Absolute's "We Care" culture and core values Drive engagement initiatives, morale programs, and retention strategies Support engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and action planning

Strategic HR Initiatives:

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including employee relations Strong employee relations and workplace investigation background; comfortable independently proceeding through employee relations related matters Multi-state HR experience preferred HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred Experience supporting remote teams and dynamic organizations
