K27BHRR(7/19/26•1 HR & Recruiting Specialist•Hybrid A growing manufacturing company is seeking a full-time HR & Recruiting Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity offering flexible hours and a hybrid schedule. This hands-on role will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR administration within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting will be managed from sourcing through offer coordination. New-hire onboarding and orientation will be administered. Employee relations and HR administrative needs will be supported. Employee records and confidential documentation will be maintained. HR policies, employment laws, and best practices will be followed. Managers and employees will be provided with HR guidance and support.
