Job Description
Your role BeaconMedaes is looking for an HR Specialist, Talent & Engagement to support employee lifecycle by owning recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs while coordinating internal communications and learning initiatives. This role helps deliver a consistent employee experience across onsite, remote, and multi-site teams through organized execution, timely follow-up, and strong partnership with HR and business leaders.
This role will be located in Rock Hill, SC . Roles and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer coordination, and partnership with hiring managers to support timely movement through the hiring process Manage the onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation coordination, onboarding communications, early-stage check-ins, and follow-up with managers and employees Drive internal HR communications, including HR announcements, employee-facing updates, engagement communications, communication calendars, and messaging that supports consistency across remote and multi-site teams Coordinate learning and development opportunities, including training communications, LMS support, development resources, participation tracking, and related follow-up Responsible for employee engagement programs, including recognition, events, surveys, mentorship, internships, and related follow-up Maintain confidentiality of employee, candidate, and HR information while supporting consistent HR processes and documentation practices Track program activity, provide status updates, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience Perform other duties and support related HR initiatives as assigned. To succeed, you will need Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources Experience with recruiting and onboarding preferred Experience coordinating employee communications or engagement programs preferred Experience supporting onsite, remote, and multi-site teams preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or related field preferred Skills
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, customer service, and relationship-building skills Ability to take ownership of assigned processes while supporting managers and employees professionally across onsite, remote, and multi-site teams Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items with accuracy and professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint HRIS experience preferred Supervisory Responsibility None Travel•Minimal; occasional travel to support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, training, or HR initiatives across company locations may be required.
