Addison Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support our client in Southlake, TX on a short-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Workday and Excel expertise who can step in quickly and support critical HR systems and reporting tasks during a leave of absence.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve support tickets within the internal HR technology ticketing platform Assist in cleaning and maintaining data across HR systems, including the applicant tracking system Generate and analyze reports to support HR operations and decision-making Contribute to ongoing HR technology and data projects as neededQualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on HRIS or HR data analysis experience Proficiency in Workday is required Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization tools Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal training Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
