Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a detail-driven, collaborative HRIS Analyst to help strengthen and evolve our HR technology. In this role, you'll play a critical part in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS and applicant tracking systems—ensuring our tools effectively support both employees and business goals. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs, safeguard data integrity and security, and drive system enhancements through thoughtful change management. This role also provides hands-on opportunities to support technical troubleshooting, train end users, and collaborate with Learning & Development on LMS content and engagement initiatives. If you enjoy translating business needs into smart system solutions—and want your work to directly impact how an organization operates—this role is for you.
