293388886 Job Description People for People is looking for a full time Human Resource Specialist for our Non-Profit organization located in Yakima, WA. This position is an on-site position with occasional remote work as necessary. We are looking for a professional, creative, and dynamic person who enjoys working with our culturally diverse staff and community residents. Along with general administrative duties, the incumbent will utilize their knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field. This is a great growth opportunity for a motivated individual to learn and grow in this multi-faceted roll.Summary:
The Human Resource Specialist supports more than 180 employees across multiple locations within a nonprofit organization. This position performs human resource duties at a professional level and carries responsibility across the functional areas outlined below. A high degree of reliability, responsiveness, confidentiality, and consistent positive interactions are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate is proficient in office systems, including ADP and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (current work towards earning a degree will be considered); or Four years of work experience within a Human Resource Department. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing and passing a Pre-employment Drug Screen and a Washington State Patrol Background Check and/or National Background Check, Reference Checks, Credit Check if applicable and other required documents.Starting Wage:
$23.46/Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.Salary Range:
$23.46 - $30.61/Hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.Benefits:
