Posting Summary The College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS) at the University of Vermont is hiring Dean's Office Human Resource Support staff to manage faculty affairs. Key responsibilities include processing contracts/sabbaticals in PeopleSoft, tracking and assembling dossiers (reappointment/promotion/tenure), handling faculty recruitment, assisting with workload/evaluations, and onboarding new personnel. This critical support role ensures the smooth operation of faculty processes throughout the academic year. Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Associate's degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills required. Desirable Qualifications Experience working with a variety of audiences highly desirable as is the ability to prioritize and triage specific volumes of work. Anticipated Pay Range $25 - $27
Other Information Special Conditions This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
