Neuse Telecom is a minority-owned telecom and data center infrastructure company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We specialize in high-count fiber deployments, structured cabling, and data center connectivity — and we're building the internal team to match the scale of our work. We're hiring an HR Generalist for our Muskogee, OK location to support our growing workforce across both office and field operations. About the Role The HR Generalist is responsible for the daily execution of HR operations — supporting managers and employees with HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and documentation. This is a hands-on role with real impact across the full employee lifecycle. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes Conduct exit interviews and help identify workforce trends Recruitment & Onboarding Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation for a compliant, smooth experience Prepare offer letters and ensure all new hire documentation is complete HR Operations & Compliance Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements Manage employee data in HRIS and track status changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) Support I-9 / E-Verify processes and prepare HR reports as needed Payroll, Benefits & Employee Support Serve as the HR point of contact for payroll and benefits questions Coordinate with payroll and benefits administrators to resolve employee inquiries HR Programs & Process Improvement Assist in maintaining and updating company HR policies and the employee handbook Coordinate training sessions and maintain records of certifications and completions Support HR initiatives focused on employee development and organizational effectiveness What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Billingual in English and Spanish (Required) 3-5 years of HR or HR administration experience Experience in construction, telecommunications, or field-service environments preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong documentation skills Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
Pay:
$57,591.63 - $68,000.00 per year
