Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct phone screenings. Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding and orientation. Assist with recruiting efforts and the interview process. Maintain and update employee records, policies, and the employee handbook. Support employee performance reviews and various employee relations initiatives. Process and administer FMLA and other leave requests. Partner with leadership on HR projects and day-to-day employee support. Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist Previous Human Resources experience or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with recruiting and onboarding preferred. Knowledge of FMLA, employee relations, and HR best practices is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
