Job Description
Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling (2) Human Resource Generalist roles for a large non-profit client in Atlanta (midtown) on a direct hire basis. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in the office. Base salary is $85K
- $95K plus generous benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help foster and drive a positive relationship between Human Resources and internal staff. Acts as HR consultant between management and employees to drive a positive culture and work environment aligned to the organizations' policies, practices and processes. Utilize salary surveys and preparing management data for merit process. Partner with talent acquisition leads to ensure that diverse staffing needs across the organization are understood and achieved. Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of employee policies and procedures. Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. Handles employee relations counseling issues and internal investigations when needed. Ability to conduct HR training on various HR issues. Experience with performance and talent management processes and initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Over 7 years of broad Human Resources support experience required. Nonprofit experience helpful. SPHR or PHR preferred but not required. Deep working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now required. Broad experience across all aspects of Human Resources with special emphasis on recruiting / talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and performance management. Demonstrated experience with total rewards, compensation and benefits programs. A high degree of competence with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of common IT tasks (maintaining passwords, using remote access, basic administration, email, etc.), familiarity with SharePoint is a plus. Experience servicing an internal customer base with a high degree of focus on customer service. Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills. Excellent organizational and data management skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner. Flexible, reliable, dependable, prompt, timely, initiative and high level of work ethic.Benefits:
