Overview We are seeking an HR Specialist to join a specialized team focused on delivering a high-touch, "white-glove" employee experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their employment journey, particularly during onboarding and integration activities.

Up to 6 months
Location:
Hybrid in Rolling Meadows, IL (2 days onsite per week)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM CT Equipment:
Company-provided equipment; reliable high-speed internet required How you'll make an impact Serve as the primary HR contact for newly acquired employees, delivering personalized support and guidance. Respond to employee inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Facilitate onboarding activities and support employees through a seamless transition into the organization. Assist with questions related to HR policies, benefits, and integration processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within Oracle HR systems. Provide administrative and clerical HR support as needed. Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, I-9 verifications, and related documentation. Prepare reports, communications, and employee-related documentation. Manage service tickets and ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). Support additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
About You Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in position or specialization, supporting HR programs and processes. Minimum of high school diploma. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook. Must have prior experience completing transactions in HR Systems.
