Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human capital management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, with a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing HR processes, supporting organizational development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing workforce effectiveness through innovative HR practices. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing HR sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media management to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation programs and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Conduct employee evaluations, performance management, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and engagement. Manage benefits administration, payroll processing, and workers' compensation procedures in compliance with regulatory standards. Support change management projects and organization design efforts to optimize workforce structure and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and affirmative action planning requirements across all HR functions. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining effective communication skills with employees at all levels. Utilize HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, or Dayforce for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and personnel administration. Assist in conflict management, employee relations issues, and regulatory compliance management to foster a positive work environment. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and labor regulations. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, succession planning, and workforce management strategies. Strong background in project management within HR departments, including organization design and strategic planning initiatives. Proficiency in HR systems such as iCIMS, Lever, , or similar platforms; experience with HRIS is essential. Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processing, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), and personnel administration practices. Excellent communication skills complemented by experience in employee relations, conflict management, and data entry tasks. Prior experience working with HR department functions such as training & development programs and affirmative action planning is preferred.
