We're looking for an experienced HR professional to help us build and strengthen our people operations as we continue to grow. Overview We're seeking a strong, hands-on HR Manager to lead and elevate our human resources function. Beyond managing the standard responsibilities of HR recruiting support, employee relations, compliance, and records management this role will play a key part in building foundational HR infrastructure, including incentive compensation programs, training systems, and a strong onboarding experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and wants their work to have a lasting impact on organizational culture and performance. Responsibilities Compensation & Incentive Programs Design, build, and implement annual and quarterly incentive/bonus plans aligned with organizational goals and performance metrics Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance benchmarks tied to incentive structures Monitor and evaluate incentive plan effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed Ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable regulations Training & Development Build out structured training programs for new hires and existing staff Develop training materials, schedules, and tracking systems to ensure consistent implementation Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and close skill gaps Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and outcomes Onboarding Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation, and initial training scheduling Partner with hiring managers to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one Continuously improve onboarding processes based on new hire feedback Core HR Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage HR records, documentation, and reporting Support performance management processes, including reviews and improvement plans Assist with policy development and ensure policies are clearly communicated and enforced Partner with leadership on organizational development initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR management role Demonstrated experience designing and implementing incentive/bonus compensation plans Experience building and rolling out training programs Strong understanding of onboarding best practices Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of building new processes Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; SHRM or HRCI certification a plus Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit settings a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience The opportunity to build meaningful HR infrastructure from the ground up A collaborative, mission-driven team environment
