Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new onboards, guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding process. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will ensure new onboards experience a smooth transition into our company, setting the stage for long-term success and retention. Responsibilities Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new recruits, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately. Serve as the primary contact for new employee inquiries, providing clear and engaging communication throughout the onboarding journey. Collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to gather necessary information and streamline onboarding procedures. Utilize HRIS and CRM to accurately enter employee information for data tracking. Conduct analysis of onboarding data to identify areas for process improvement and enhance onboarding experience. Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Call on potential new hire leads and provide job information. Skills Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and foster positive relationships with onboards and internal teams Experience in sales or account management within financial services or SaaS industries is highly desirable Analytical skills to interpret data trends and recommend actionable improvements Join us as an Onboarding Specialist to make a meaningful impact by creating positive first experiences that build trust and loyalty. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
