Our client, an international manufacturer of industrial equipment, seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist on a long term temp/contract basis (with an eventual temp-to-hire option) This position is available hybrid/on-site in Mebane, NC, or fully remote for candidates residing in NC, NJ, SC, FL, or GA only. Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment activities Partner with hiring managers on talent needs and hiring strategies Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process Support offer generation, onboarding, and candidate experience Participate in talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives HR Generalist Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR operations Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR case management Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 3 years of HR experience including both: Recruitment/Talent Acquisition HR Generalist responsibilities Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Workday experience preferred Pay Range
