!!!!! Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative recruiting strategies, leverage cutting-edge HR technology, and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple levels and functions. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, and research to attract passive candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria. Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidate skills and cultural fit. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build talent pools early. Maintain compliance with employment and labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation processes. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for future leadership roles. Use HRIS platforms such as SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro to track hiring metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement. Engage in talent management activities including onboarding, employee relations support, and training & development programs. Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within fast-paced environments. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams alike. Familiarity with ATS platforms like Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or Kronos is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all hiring practices are compliant and ethical. Demonstrated ability in social media management for talent sourcing and lead generation activities. Experience in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and relationship management. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation processes. Strong understanding of human resources functions such as employee orientation, contracts management, employee relations, and succession planning.
