Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Remote HR Generalist for a leading telecommunications client. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization's upcoming Total Rewards program rollout. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR Generalist background with experience writing job descriptions, collaborating with managers to gather and validate role requirements, and supporting compensation-related initiatives. This person will assist with reviewing compensation statements, creating and distributing Total Rewards communications, and helping ensure a smooth, company-wide implementation of the new program. This individual must work in Alaska Hour Timezone 8:00-5:00pm.
