CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Workforce Management Systems Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.
Job Summary
The Remote Workforce Management Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, system performance, and seamless user experience across workforce operations. This role partners closely with Workforce Management, Operations, and IT teams to maintain system integrity, support enhancements, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Pay:
$25 - 30 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours:
Full Time - Monday-Friday Normal Business Hours (Ex. 8am-5pm, 7:30-4pm etc.)

Job Duties:
Administer and maintain the NICE IEX
platform, including employee setup, skill assignments, scheduling, and exception management
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors
Configure and update the system to support evolving business needs, including participation in testing and deployment of enhancements
Manage and resolve support requests, incidents, and intake tickets with clear communication and timely follow-through
Partner with Workforce Management, Operations, IT, and related teams to support system usage, onboarding, and integrations (e.g., ACD systems) Produce and analyze reports to identify trends, improve scheduling accuracy, and optimize workforce performance
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities, to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Support ongoing system initiatives such as migrations, performance optimization, and stability efforts
Requirements
3+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling systems, or related system administration
Associate's Degree or higher
Hands-on experience with NICE IEX, including configuration, support, and issue resolution
Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, manage competing priorities, and work independently in a cross-functional environment
A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
Highly Preferred Large corporation experience
Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, or Visio
Experience with automation, process improvement, or project management initiatives
Exposure to Intradiem or real-time workforce automation tools
