Qualifications:

J.D. and licensed to practice in California. Minimum 4+ years of experience, with a focus on labor and employment law Strong background in employment litigation, California employment law, and employer-side counseling Experience or strong background in wage and hour matters; class action experience is a plus Proven ability or experience with drafting motions, legal analysis, and managing substantive employment matters Interested in hearing more?
