- : •Summary•The Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for U.
- Essential Functions
- + Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS subject matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll functionality supporting U.
- Additional Responsibilities
- + Performs other duties as assigned.
- Skills and Abilities
- + Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root cause, evaluate impacts, and recommend effective solutions.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree required in related field + Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience supporting complex payroll environments. + Five (5) years or more experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. Workday Payroll Certification preferred. + Workday Payroll Certification, preferred.
