The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, excellent oral and written communication skills. Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints. Conduct surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to Human Resources Business Partners, or Human Resources Director. What you'll Do Assists with employee relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and compliance issues; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff. Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel. Able to create formulas, spreadsheets, and compile data. Conduct surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to Human Resources Business Partners, or Human Resources Director.
