Masiello Employment Services is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our recruiting team and help connect great candidates with great employers. If you are highly organized, have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy juggling a variety of responsibilities while providing exceptional customer service, we would love to meet you! What Will Keep You Busy? As our Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting team and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Your day may include:
- Answering phones and assisting clients and candidates
- Creating branded candidate resumes
- Writing creative and compelling job advertisements
- Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with new hire onboarding paperwork and orientation
- Tracking employment documentation and verifying accuracy
- Identifying candidates for priority openings using our database, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Conducting quality control and follow-up calls with candidates
- Checking in with candidates throughout their job search
- Participating in team meetings, events and helping share social media content
- Creating and distributing job flyers
- Pitching in on a variety of projects and supporting our rock-star recruiting team wherever needed The Details
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

- 3+ years of professional administrative support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new programs
- Ability to maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Accurate and thorough documentation in our database and applicant tracking system
- HR, recruiting, or staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Join the Team?
