full-time Legal Talent Development Manager A well-established AmLaw firm is building out a centralized talent development function and is looking an experienced Manager to assist the Director in developing a blueprint that will be used firm wide. In this role, you'll take ownership of training and career-development programming for a specific practice unit. Focused on the small picture while developing scalable policies for expanding the department in the future. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week onsite in one of the following offices: Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO; San Diego, CA; Tampa, FL; or Washington, D.

C Compensation :

$135-180

K DOE Responsiblities :

Building and implementing career development programs and targeted training. Supporting mentorship programs including mentoring junior team members. Identifying areas of improvement where the talent team can improve in the future as the team expands.

Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience at a law firm working with every experience level from Associate to Partner. Bachelors degree required Understanding of evolving trends in the legal industry
