20 Hours a week- Part time job Pay range: $80
- hr to $90
- hr on W2.
Position Overview:
Own the Palo Alto and Americas New Hire Orientation experience and drive TD&I measurement and insights, while supporting learner-centered design across the team's programs. You'll be the in-person face of Day 1 for new hires in Palo Alto, own the survey and feedback infrastructure that tells us whether our programs are working, and turn that data into insights the broader team can act on. You will partner closely with the Global TD&I team and with Palo Alto-based HRBPs, People Partners, and leaders.What You'll Own & Deliver:
Day 1 Ambassador forAmericas :
Redesign and facilitate in-person New Hire Orientation in Palo Alto (45 minutes each Monday in office), ensuring it reflects our culture, AI-native direction, and multi-product platform. New Hire Orientation (NHO)Strategy & Playbook:
Own the NHO strategy globally- define what's next and fresh, refine content, codify "how we run orientation," and enable a small bench of volunteer facilitators from across functions.
