OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-caliber Talent & Program Experience Strategist to serve as the first point of discernment and candidate experience across JPG Enterprises Consulting and the JPGE Leadership Institute for Strategic Growth ecosystem. This is not a 'coordination role'. This is a judgment role —designed for someone who can quickly assess people, identify alignment, and ensure that only the strongest candidates and participants move forward across JPGE's core pipelines, including: Talent Strategy & Growth hiring initiatives Executive development and leadership engagement opportunities The Institute's flagship Fellowship and leadership programs Select immersive experiences, including curated resets and structured high-touch, high-impact leadership programs This role sits at the front line of the JPGE ecosystem— shaping who enters, how they are evaluated, and the standard of experience they receive from the very first interaction. You will operate as a gatekeeper at the intersection of: talent evaluation candidate experience design early-stage discernment leadership visibility _______________________________________________
ROLE PURPOSE
This role ensures that every candidate entering the JPGE ecosystem experiences: clarity professionalism high standards and meaningful evaluation You are not just supporting hiring or enrollment. You are helping shape who enters— and how they are seen. This role requires sound judgment, consistency, and the ability to make confident evaluative decisions in real time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct first-round video interviews for and applicants, leadership candidates and Institute programs Evaluate candidates for alignment, readiness, communication, and strategic thinking Identify high-potential individuals and recommend advancement pathways Provide structured feedback to Talent Leadership and executive stakeholders Support program intake and enrollment by guiding early-stage candidate conversations Maintain a high-standard, white-glove candidate experience across all touchpoints Surface insights on talent patterns, fit signals, and ecosystem readiness
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are someone who: has strong intuitive judgment about people can quickly distinguish signal from noise communicates with clarity and emotional intelligence across all backgrounds and professional levels is comfortable making evaluative decisions thrives in fast-moving, high-standard environments understands talent beyond credentials Preferred Background (not required): Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Business, HR, Sociology, or related field Experience in recruiting, admissions, coaching, consulting, talent coordination, or client-facing evaluation roles Backgrounds in executive assistance, HR, admissions, consulting, or coaching translate especially well to this role

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a performance-driven role with milestone-based and contribution-based compensation.
Earnings are tied to:
Candidate advancement into final selection stages Quality and consistency of interviews conducted Identification of high-potential talent Contribution to successful hiring outcomes and program enrollments Contribution bonuses apply when candidates advanced through your evaluation process successfully convert into new hires or enrolled program participants .
Earnings Potential:
Typical outcomes range from $24,000-$60,000 annually (part-time) , based on performance and contribution level. This is equivalent to approximately $18-$46 per hour •, depending on volume, discernment quality, and pipeline impact. High performers may exceed this range through consistent contribution to candidate conversion, placement outcomes, and program enrollment growth. •This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in performance-based environments where earnings are directly tied to outcomes and contribution.
