This role partners with hiring managers and operational leaders to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, source qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting skilled trades, field leadership, and corporate staff in a fast-paced construction environment. This position plays a key role in supporting workforce planning initiatives and ensuring the company attracts top talent to meet current and future business demands. This job description covers the principal duties and responsibilities needed by a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter working for Landmark Construction. - Work safely and follow all LMC and jobsite safety requirements
- Salaried position
- Report to Human Resources Director
- Successful pre-employment background check and drug screen are needed
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is needed
- Perform a variety of routine and complex tasks that deal with the administrative management of LMC employees
- Work closely with LMC Management, Superintendents, Project Managers, and Foremen on employee relations
- Working hours will be flexible
