Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company that is seeking a full time HR specialist and recruiter. Direct hire. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on HR & Recruiting Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations and HR administration. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can balance recruiting responsibilities with day-to-day human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Preferred Experience Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades recruiting experience Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
