Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment and selection for hourly and indirect production roles, including interviews and skills assessments. Execute workforce planning aligned with budget and volume fluctuations, ensuring timely staffing fulfillment. Prepare and support compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, and merit increases in line with company policies. Training & Development Develop and facilitate internal training initiatives, including new hire onboarding and integration programs. Identify annual training needs to enhance technical capabilities, performance standards, and customer requirements. Ensure the performance management process is implemented in accordance with company guidelines. HR Operations & Compliance Manage local HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, labor costs, and headcount forecasting. Employee Relations & Engagement Support the Plant HR Manager in all people-related initiatives and site
  • level HR activities.
Communicate company culture, policies, and organizational principles effectively to employees. Promote employee morale and engagement through local HR initiatives. Represent the organization in meetings with educational institutions, HRassociations, and community partners.
