Company Overview:
This is an ONSITE role at the Dollar General Headquarters in Goodlettsville, TN. •This is not a Remote role• The Talent Attraction & Employer Brand Specialist develops and executes talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, and reputation management strategies that strengthen the organization's employer brand and attract qualified talent. This role partners across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, and Marketing to create compelling candidate experiences, targeted campaigns, candidate-facing content, and data-driven insights that support hiring priorities.
Job Details:
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that attract qualified candidates for critical hiring needs by leveraging business partnerships, targeted campaigns, and workforce market insights. 30% Strengthen and promote the employer brand through consistent, engaging content that highlights the employee experience, company culture, career opportunities, and growth potential. 20% Manage the organization's employer brand presence across social media and external platforms while monitoring reputation, engagement, and candidate sentiment to inform recruiting strategies. 15% Enhance the candidate experience by optimizing career site content and digital touchpoints to improve engagement and application conversion. 10% Measure recruitment marketing effectiveness and utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing, attraction, and conversion strategies. 15% Lead and coordinate employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution. 10%
Qualifications:
Direct experience in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing is strongly preferred. Required Experience Significant experience leading employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing initiatives, and candidate journey strategy. Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing, EVP development, building talent pipelines, talent market intelligence and candidate journey strategy. Corporate employer branding, recruitment marketing, or Talent Acquisition marketing experience. 2-4 years of experience in employer branding, talent attraction, recruitment marketing, social media, communications, or a related field. Content, Brand & Marketing Expertise Strong experience in content development, storytelling, social media management, and visual brand judgment. Experience creating digital and social content and translating hiring needs into targeted messaging and campaigns. Experience with candidate personas, audience segmentation, career sites, and employer review platforms. Demonstrated success in employer reputation management and data-driven decision-making. Skills & Capabilities Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills. Strong writing, storytelling, project management, analytical, and stakeholder partnership skills. Proven ability to balance creativity, brand standards, business priorities, and measurable hiring outcomes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and use performance metrics to improve results. Technical & Digital Tools Strong experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, CRM, advertising, and analytics tools. Experience using AI-enabled tools for content development, research, or workflow efficiency. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
