We're looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about finding great talent, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and helping new employees begin successful careers with Goodwill. Position Summary The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for positions across all levels of the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, interview, hire, and onboard talented employees while creating a positive experience for candidates from application through onboarding. What You'll Do Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community partnerships. Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with department leaders. Prepare offer letters and oversee pre-employment requirements. Facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities. Maintain HR records and onboarding documentation. Build relationships with candidates and community partners. Recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and hiring processes. What We're Looking For Associate degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel throughout our service area for recruiting events. Valid driver's license required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
