12+ Months Contract We''re looking for someone who has spent the last few years working in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HRIS Reporting, or Employee Experience Analytics. Ideal candidates have experience pulling data from systems such as Workday, building dashboards and reports, analyzing workforce trends, and providing insights related to recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Candidates may currently hold titles such as HR Analyst, People Analytics Analyst, Workforce Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Talent Analytics Analyst, or Workday Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities Analyze HR and employee experience data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using HR and business data. Support analytics related to talent management, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee listening, and workforce planning. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable reporting solutions. Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained. Support self-service reporting capabilities and process improvements. Create visualizations and presentations that communicate findings to business leaders. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or similar roles. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday. Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with Excel and reporting tools. Preferred Experience with Qualtrics or employee survey platforms. Exposure to data governance and data privacy practices. Understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics. Experience supporting compensation, benefits, talent management, or recruiting analytics.
