Job Description
Position Overview Elite Security Professionals, LLC is seeking a versatile and motivated Office Manager/ HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both administrative and human resources functions. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of our office, provide excellent support to staff and management, and assist with HR processes to maintain a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies, and overseeing facility needs. Provide administrative support to executives and staff, such as preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration. Support compliance with company policies and employment laws. Organize company events and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain confidential HR files and respond to employee inquiries. Greet applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional manner. Lead applicants through the application process from start to finish. Schedule and manage the interview and appointment calendar. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or HR roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
